CDH Receives National Safety Excellence Award from FMA May 21, 2026

CDH Custom Roll Form has been recognized with the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association’s (FMA) highest national safety honor, receiving the Rusty Demeules Award for Safety Excellence—Crystal Award.

The award recognizes manufacturers that demonstrate exceptional workplace safety performance and a deeply embedded culture of safety across their operations. For CDH, the recognition reflects years of intentional focus on protecting employees, maintaining accountability and building a workplace where safety is a shared responsibility at every level of the organization.

“At CDH, safety is our priority, and quality is our standard,” said CDH Operations Manager Dan Ross. “This recognition is earned every single day by every member of our team.

CDH’s leadership says safety remains a core focus in every aspect of the business, from board meetings and KPI reviews to team discussions and client engagements. The company is built around four foundational pillars: safety, quality, service and organizational excellence.

This award also marks a significant milestone for the company, which is now five years accident-free.

“This achievement belongs to our entire workforce,” Ross added. “Safety excellence is deliberate and intentional. It requires commitment, communication, accountability and genuine care for one another. We are incredibly proud of the culture our team has built together.”

CDH team members Kristin Sharp, Kenny Fogleman and Dylan Powell joined Ross in Chicago to accept the national award on behalf of CDH.
