CDH Custom Roll Form is a joint venture of U.S.-based ClarkDietrich and Hadley Group, headquartered in the U.K.
These are two global organizations with more than 100 years of combined experience that have worked together in various capacities over the past 15 years. We have access to all their technical and manufacturing expertise in addition to our own.
Experience, Strength & Stability
The management team at CDH has decades of experience in the U.S. market, and our buying power and expertise in purchasing everything from steel to shipping will contribute to your bottom line. We also inventory a significant amount of steel and other metals on site at any given time, ensuring availability of material.
The partners in the CDH joint venture bring a long history of management stability, experience in innovation and manufacturing and a broad, well-established supply chain. This results in a stable partner that is one of the largest roll formers in the world that you can count on today but also in the future.
Safety
At CDH Custom Roll Form, safety isn't just a policy; it's a core value deeply ingrained in everything we do. We are incredibly proud of our outstanding safety record, a testament to our dedicated team and proactive approach.
Our remarkable safety accomplishments are a direct result of our comprehensive safety program, which includes:
- Dedicated Team Member Safety Committee: Our team actively participates in identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- Proactive Safety Initiatives: We hold monthly Accident-Free Safety lunches and conduct Weekly Safety Talks to reinforce best practices. Our Near Miss Report Program serves as a vital proactive tool, allowing us to identify and mitigate potential risks before they lead to injury.
- Ongoing Training & Strict Policies: All team members receive First Aid and CPR training, with some also undergoing First Responder Training. We strictly enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Advanced Equipment Safety: We've implemented significant safety enhancements for both our cranes and forklift trucks. This includes hoist safety lights, secondary limit switches and enforced suspended load guidelines for cranes. Our forklift trucks are equipped with safety lights, seat belt requirements (preventing operation without engagement), a speed governor set at 7 MPH and adhere to a 5-foot rule for safe operation. Both require daily Pre-operational inspections and follow the 45-degree rule for safe material handling.
- Culture of Safety: Our commitment is further strengthened by annual safety meals and gifts, recognizing each year we remain accident-free. We also rigorously enforce our Cardinal Rule policies, ensuring the highest standards of safety are always maintained.
A safe workplace is a productive workplace, and we continually strive to maintain and improve our exceptional safety standards.
